What printers does Label Wizard work with?
Laser, inkjet, direct thermal, and thermal transfer printers, plus continuous-feed label printers. Print to standard sheet labels or roll stock using the paper source you select.
Do you support Avery, Online Labels, and Uline templates?
Yes. There are 418 ready-made templates across Avery, Online Labels, and Uline. Choose your manufacturer and paper (for example, Online Labels OL500 at 4×3 in, 6 per sheet), in rectangle or circle, with units in mm, cm, or inches. What if my label size isn’t on the list?
Create it. Set your own rows, columns, and margins to match the stock you already have, and the live sheet preview updates as you go. You are not limited to the built-in templates or to one manufacturer’s rolls.
Can I print barcodes and QR codes?
Yes. Label Wizard prints EAN-13, UPC, GTIN-14, GS1-128, and Code 128 barcodes plus QR codes, all generated from your products’ existing barcodes, so what you print always matches what’s in Shopify. A product that has no barcode yet still prints.
Does it pull my product images and data from Shopify?
Yes. You can place 19+ fields on a label, including images, titles, prices, compare-at prices, SKUs, variants, barcodes, and both product and variant metafields. It all comes straight from your store, so there are no spreadsheets to export and nothing to re-type.
Can I print different labels for each variant?
Yes. Generate a label for every variant (size, color, and more) in a single batch, like the per-size shoe labels shown above, each with its own barcode. You can also print several different products on the same sheet.
Will accented, Cyrillic, or Chinese characters print correctly?
Yes. Accented, Cyrillic, and Chinese characters print exactly as you typed them. Long product names wrap onto another line rather than being cut off, so nothing goes to the printer half-missing.
How much does it cost to get started?
Nothing. Pay As You Go costs $0 per month and your first 20 label generations each month are free. After that you pay $0.03 per label from 21 to 500, $0.02 from 501 to 1,000, and $0.01 above that, each rate applying only to the labels inside its own tier, with no subscription required. Previewing on your real products does not use a credit.
What’s the difference between the plans?
There are two. Pay As You Go is $0 per month plus usage once you pass your first 20 free label generations. Pro is $14.99 per month, or $150 per year, for unlimited saved templates and unlimited label printing with no usage charges.
Do I need design skills to use it?
No. If you can pick a template and click print, you can use Label Wizard. Designing is drag-and-drop, with 19 fonts and per-element sizing, and the live sheet preview shows exactly what you’ll get before you print.
